I earned my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. In addition to my previous work as a Psychotherapist, I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, and Reiki Master. In my work as a human, coach and psychotherapist, I have found that awareness and self compassion are the foundation for gentle, effective and loving change. I am committed to assisting others access their own agency, self love and purpose.
Prior to my work as a psychotherapist and coach, I channeled my obsession with the workings of the human mind, body and spirit into the creative arts, spending decades acting, writing, and taking photographs. It is with this extensive practice in creativity that I am able to work closely with clients currently experiencing creative blocks that are interfering with their sense of movement and meaning in their daily lives.
I believe that, given the effective tools, the human spirit is indestructible. In addition to building strong relationships, in which dreams, healing, and goals can be co-actualized, I utilize my knowledge of rejuvenating neuroplasticity, mindfulness, mindful self compassion practice, nervous system regulation, and the weeding out of the roots of our ineffective narratives, in order to facilitate more personal freedom, growth, and joy within my clients.

I am also the founder and creator of the lifestyle blog What I Loved™. AND sometimes I make sweatshirts for fun!
I am currently in the process of becoming a Somatic Experiencing Practioner, in order to facilitate a more total and holistic shift in the hearts and lives of my clients; we can only expand to the level of safety in our nervous systems!!
